Summary

Authorizes the Inland Port Authority to own and operate a trade hub and create project areas outside its jurisdictional land. Expands the Authority’s power to capture property taxes from 25 to 40 years. Increases the property tax differential revenue that the Authority can use for operating expenses, and authorizes the Authority to be paid sales and use tax revenue.
